Chef Kristen's affinity to the food service industry began in her high school years when she worked in her aunt and uncle's restaurant, The Whistle Stop. Kristen worked in whatever position was most needed as often times employees didn't show up. From serving to prepping salads, and even washing dishes, Kristen did it all. Several years later, Kristen worked front of the house at a restaurant in Beaver Creek, CO, where the chefs inspired her with their creations. At that time, Kristen decided to pursue a career in culinary arts and moved to Chicagoland to earn her training, which gave her the necessary tools for a career in the kitchen. After completing culinary school, Chef Kristen has been involved in restaurants, catering, and baking. Today, Chef Kristen enjoys working in her kitchen or yours.

Chef Kristen is devoted to creating healthy and tasty meals. "I believe a good meal brings families and friends together and makes everyone happy," explains Chef Kristen.

Chef Kristen lives in beautiful Granby, CO, with her husband and their two children.
